I tried to look back at the messages to see what the real problem is
but 38 messages with this subject I quickly tired and thought I
might as well make it 39 to add my configuration that is working.
Comments, suggestions:
Set all system audio devices to the same sample rate. I used
48, 000 for everything. My system, actually my hearing, isn't
good enough that this makes much difference. I read somewhere
that 42,000 can cause a problems for something but my memory is
that great either. Maybe this doesn't matter at all to have a
mix, I'm not sure, but I also had difficulties at first until I

(see mine here, overlaid on yours).
Both driver and control panel are at version 2+.
