Re: Perseus tuning problem.

I was thinking along the line of 'adaptive' code. As you gain information about what the users radio is actually producing for a sample rate, save the information and use it the next time you start. Maybe the sample rates are constants (compile time) so this
doesn't work...(?)

Yes – but it takes time to get accurate values. Dave’s values agree with mine so I’ll update Perseus today or tomorrow.

If you can look at the log file numbers over time and figure out what the sample rate really is, it seems like the code could do it too...

The 125kHz data is now in the Excel file. It turned out to be the most accurate one of all - just 0.28Hz error!

Simon,
My data file attached.
Out of curiosity I also recorded the sample rates at 2M, 500k and 250k, which revealed that 250kHz is easily the most accurate, and 95k by far the least. For the sake of completeness, I'll also run 125kHz bandwidth as well, but as this will take another four and a half hours I'll send the results later tonight.
The results are also tabulated in the attached Excel file for easy viewing.

Simon, Do you need from multiple radios, I can run my Perseus also and send?
