Had a similar problem with V3 and my Cloud IQ, ended up uninstalling and scrubbing the Registry, the reinstalling Sdr Con V.3 again, and all was well.
Sounds dangerous:-)
Did you use the official method https://www.sdr-radio.com/Support/FullReset ?
Or did it not work?
