Hi Simon,

I've had limited success with your trusty old DM780 using both VAC and VB Cable with SDRConsole V3 and the HF+.  There seems to be some sort of distortion creeping in to the displayed waveforms for BPSK31 and 63  that cripples DM780's ability to decode them.

Maybe I'm not configuring the VAC or VB-Cable correctly or maybe I'm just being thick (feel free to choose ;-) )

I installed the 30 day trial of CW Skimmer and that seems to work using either VAC or VB Cable, after a fashion, but I don't seem to be getting a high percentage of decodes.

So, two questions - 1) is it sensible to expect DM780 (5.24.0.38) to work with virtual cable connections between SDR Console and it?

and 2) are you planning some form of new "DM780" that can be used directly with SDR Console and which won't need a virtual audio cable?

I'm secretly hoping for the latter!
