If you have problems with the SDRplay RSP1 or RSP2 then you **must**
install the runtime below. I have tested on a Windows 7 32-bit system
and can confirm that VCRuntime140.dll is required.

Hi All,

For those in this group – here’s an updated kit. The test team have
played with it, for me the big improvement is Narrow FM now working
properly (!) and lower stutter when many receivers are enabled.
