A few months ago I hunted and hunted for YaND but kept going in circles and not finding the download.  Today I saw the post by Keith, G7TRM and found version 6.4 download.  It may not be the latest but at least something to play with.  Thanks Keith.

Use YaND (Yet another Navtex Decoder). You can download it from the NavtexDX
Group (still on Yahoo). It is free, and it does absolutely everything you
could ask of a Navtex decoder.
