OK,

 

My only suggestion left is a disk scan of C to check for disk errors. Either a wonky disk of a 64-bit DLL from one of the redistributables is not good. I am sure a reinstallation of W10 would fix the problem.

 

Sorry I can’t help further, SDRUno is a good program, I’m sure you will enjoy using it.

Thanks, I have reinstalled both versions to different drives and nothing works. The system is clean as far as I know.
