The one he posted about does not require a PC. I am certain I will be buying one when it comes out. SDRPlay2 RSP2--I have 2 and never use them--but I use my 4 AirSpy (and Spyverter 2) all the time due to performance. If one cannot deal with hooking in a converter when needed vs. performance, then I guess that is something else.
