Not sure what your are concerned about. Isn't that what you have your CPU for... to work????
Does it matter since you are still below 50%. Are you running multiple application at the same time to require less CPU load? If at the end, your software is running, you receive the signals you want and all is fine who cares if the CPU load is at 30 or 30 or 40%?
