FWI, Simon. I noted a pattern this morning which may be of interest if not already noted. I had placed my 'version 518' up for remote access and noted a consistent, but not always, crash event when it was being accessed by an operator with 'dial-up' Internet access. Others were accessing the Remote software without a problem and in 'local' mode it seems to be functioning well for me.
