I uninstalled all the files relating to SDR-Radio.com and downloaded all new copies and installed all that has been stated and cleaned the registry of all related entries. Fired up SDR-Radio and it started right up. There must have been a corrupt file.
The problem now is when I try to select the dongle, all that is there is the TCP connection. Yes, I have downloaded RTL2832U_Support.zip,, thrice.
Any suggestions?

you seem to be missing radio definitions, set up as you have but, add the dongle in radio definitions see above link
