Hum. i have try all your suggestions including the new "Berry lib.dll".
but nothing works !

I have no choice to stay with SDR# that can see my dongle with no hitch.

My computer is new and my windows 7 64 installation is only 1 month old.

I can easily use SDR# and HDSDR on  a daily basis with my RTL dongle !
