I downloaded vcredist_x86.exe and selected the repair to original state. I
am still getting “C:\Windows\system32\MSVCR100.dll
is not designed to run on Windows or it contains and error” on the Win 7
machine. The console works fine on an XP machine.
Any other suggestions on how to fix this
problem?

I uninstalled and reinstalled the preview three times on the Win 7 machine.
During the first installation I accepted the offer to install the C++
Redistributable library. It was installed. During the 2nd & 3rd installation
of the offer to install the Redistributable library was not offered. After each
installation I got the same pop-up error message and the console did not
start

from MS vcredist_x86.exe and reinstall it?
